All sales, enquiries, payments, and shipping arrangements made outside the Platform are strictly between the artist and the buyer. Optional e-commerce hosting is available to Diamond members only and operates under separate terms. The Artists Marketplace is not liable for inaccuracies in artist-provided information, third-party links, communication between artists and buyers, or outcomes resulting from promotional activity.
