We offer four tiers: Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby and Diamond. Each tier increases your artwork capacity, visibility and promotional support. Diamond also includes representation and exclusive services.
4. Do you take commission on artwork sales?No. All standard memberships operate without commissions. Buyers contact you directly. Diamond members may request curated e-commerce hosting, subject to approval.
5. How do collectors contact me?
Your profile includes a direct enquiry link, email link, and space to add links to your own website or any external hosting platform.
6. Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes. Your upgrade will activate within 24 hours and your visibility and artwork capacity will update immediately.
7. How do I upload artworks?
You can upload through your member dashboard. Diamond members may request full upload and curation support.
8. Is artwork reviewed before publication?
Yes. We ensure your images meet our quality, clarity and consistency standards so the gallery remains beautifully curated.
9. What file types can I upload?
High-resolution JPEG or PNG files, generally up to 10MB. Diamond members may submit larger files where needed.
10. Can I replace or remove artworks?
Yes. You can update your portfolio anytime within your artwork limit. Diamond members may request our team to manage updates.
11. Do you offer refunds?
Memberships are non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals at any time and your profile will remain active until the end of your billing period.
12. Are there requirements to join?
The Artists Marketplace is designed for Professional and Semi-Professional artists producing original, high-quality work.
13. How is this platform different from others?
We take no commissions, offer tiered visibility, maintain a curated environment, and provide Diamond-level representation with optional e-commerce hosting.
