“Time’s Gone By” is an ethereal abstract seascape oil painting 80 x 80cm (31.5 x 31.5 inches) on a 4cm (1.5 inch) deep canvas. Painted thinking about looking at the sea in Hastings on a calm and misty day. The title is from the song “Stormbringer" by John Martyn 
 
It's painted in black, blue, yellow, and white oil paint. The paint is layered and blended and slightly textured in parts. The image continues around the sides of the artwork and it is signed on the back
